I have been studying human behaviour and relationships since I was eleven when I read my first personal development book, "I'm OK - You're OK (Harris 1967) and professionally since I was 22 years old. I have always been fascinated by people and people growth, and why when we are given the same set of circumstances we behave differently. What makes one person see the "good" and another person see the "bad" no matter the set of circumstances. Most of my work in human relationships has been with people who are leaders, creatives, growth champions, entrepreneurs, or business owners. I started working professionally with virtual and hybrid teams in 2015 and looking at how we can use design thinking and other tools to improve happiness and productivity. Designing happiness is about being happy and improving your soul, and it's about improving your output and helping you to be more focused with all aspects of your life. If you desire to improve your own happiness then try one of our workshops and see if it is a fit for you. Happiness begins with you. Book a happiness personalised workshop today.
